FIRST TIME COMPETITOR INFORMATION

You are required to read your Round and Series Supplementary Regulations found HERE.

It is the responsibility of the competitor to ensure that their bike it is is adequately prepared for the event.

Riders must comply with Series Supplementary Regulations Item 13 (Acceptance), 19 (Riders) and 20 (Machine).

READ YOUR SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS FOR SCRUTINEERING TIMES AND ALL REVELANT INFORMATION.

ADMISSION GATE PRICES BELOW

GATES: Open at 6:15am Sunday with camping available Saturday night. Access to the Campsite and Pit Paddock area as a whole on Saturday will not be allowed until after 4.30pm, unless participating in the TrakDayz event.

Pit Paddock and campsite entry is via the Tunnel or cross track access for over height vehicles at the end of the Saturday event. The height limit is 2.4 meters.

EVENT SCHEDULE/CARPORT ALLOCATIONS: Posted above Friday prior to the event, on the Facebook Event and emailed to club members.

SIGN IN: Prior to attending scrutineering, competitors are required to attend the Race Admin Office and present their current National Competition Licence, Club Membership & sign the Waiver Agreement.

RIDERS BRIEFING: To be held in the race office at 8.00am for all competitors and parent/guardians of under 18 year old’s. You must sign the attendance register before leaving the briefing.

SCRUTINEERING: Scrutineering from 7.30am to 9.30am.

Solo machines must be presented to the Scrutineering Bay (allocated undercover area) with belly pan removed and available for inspection. Bikes must not be hot for the morning inspection.

Sidecar’s will be Scrutineered in their pit bays.

All competitors must present their riding leathers, gloves, boots, back protector and helmet for Inspection. All gear should be removed from gear bags.

TYRE SERVICE: Provided by Marc Cartier and Graham Corey of Pirelli/GP Wholesale will be available to provide any technical assistance. MCRCWA Club Members receive discounts on tyres when presenting their membership card.

RACE NUMBERS: Available for purchase from the race admin office $2 each.
Timing Brackets also available for purchase at $15 each.

REMEMBER ON THE DAY YOU MUST SIGN IN TWICE

1. FIRST THING IN THE MORNING IN THE RACE OFFICE (LOOK FOR YOUR CLASS AT THE SIGN ON DESK)

2. RIGHT AFTER RIDERS BRIEFING ON YOUR RACE CLASS CLIPBOARD

Event Awards will be presented to each class following their final race for the day.

VOLUNTEERS

We urgently need flag and track marshals for Sunday. Sign on is 8am followed by a Briefing.
