ROUND 3 ENTRY LIST

Attention: Competitors and Crew
Please find below some information to assist you with preparing for this weekend at Collie, MCRC State Championship Series - Round 3.
Along with this Information you are required to read your Round and Series Supplementary Regulations posted on the Club Website under “Competition”. It is the responsibility of the competitor to ensure that their bike it is is adequately prepared for the event. Riders must comply with Series Supplementary Regulations Item 15 (Acceptance), 21 (Rider eligibility) and 22 (Machine Eligibility/Class Definition).
There will be NO gate charge this Sunday 26th August Round 3.
Entry to paddock – for those not participating at an event on the Saturday, you will not be able to enter the pit paddock area
until after 4.30pm to set up.
Campsite will be available overnight. Competitors are permitted to camp at the Motorplex in the designated campsite overnight.
There is no power in the campsite but there are hot showers and a designated BBQ.
Podium presentations will take place immediately following Race 3 of each class.
Impound – at the conclusion of the final race for each class a minimum of the first 6 machines shall be impounded for 30 minutes.
Impound area located adjacent to the scrutineering area.
Tyre service – Mark deHass (Contact 0411 655 465) will be onsite along with GP Wholesale/ Pirelli tyres.
Sign on Sunday: You will be required to sign on & present your MA License + Club Membership card in the Admin/Briefing room from 7.30am.
This applies to all competitors.
Carports have been pre-allocated for Sunday’s racing and have been advised via email Monday this week.
If you wish to pit next to someone in particular and haven’t advised us, you must do so at the time of your entry.
Compulsory Riders Briefing at approx. 8.15am Sunday in the meeting hall (sign on area).
You must sign on at the Briefing to confirm your attendance.
On Board Cameras: Competitors must register at the Race Admin Office then present the machine with camera mounted
to the Chief Scrutineer for approval. Camera’s mounted on helmets or an integral part of the helmet are not allowed.
Change of Machine, Rider/Passenger must be notified to the Race Secretary in writing for approval by the Clerk of Course.
Timing Transponders: AMB timing transponders and Brackets will be available from the Race Admin office Sunday morning.
A $10 CASH deposit will be required for a bracket. These must be returned end of day Sunday, before leaving the track,
when your deposit will be refunded.
Two Practice sessions will be held in the form of two x five-minute sessions.
Leg 1 will start as per finishing order of final leg of previous round.
For all events conducted over more than one leg, competitors will be allocated starting positions by finishing order of previous leg.
Grid Positions will be posted in the race admin office, please ensure you know your position before heading on track for your race.
There is NO ATM at the Motorplex.
A canteen will be open 7.00am to 3.00pm.
Gas BBQ’s are not permitted in the pit area.
The tap water at the Motorplex is NOT drinkable. Bottled water will be on sale or BYO
