Round 1 Competitor Information            Schedule Sunday 15th April 2018                                ENTRY LIST Rd 1

Attention: Competitors and Crew

Please find below some information to assist you with preparing for this weekend at Collie, the Inaugural MCRC State Championship Series - Round 1.

Along with this Information you are required to read your Round and Series Supplementary Regulations posted on the Club Website under  “Competition”

Saturday is a Tuning Day for solo, sidecars plus a Level 2 RidedaysWA Coaching group.  If you haven’t booked in for the Tuning on Saturday and wish to attend, please book on line now so that we can access the classes/sessions required.

A Tyre service will be provided by Mark DeHaas supplying Bridgestone tyres and tyre change facilities with GP Wholesale/Pirelli also in attendance both days.

The Cafeteria will be open both days from 7.00am to 3.00pm.

Camping is available on site with hot showers available (there is no power in the campsite)

Sign on Saturday: you will be required to sign on & present your MA License + Club Membership card in the Admin/Briefing room from 7.30am.

A Briefing for all participating on the day will commence at approx. 8.30am, first session on track will be 9.00am.

Machine and gear safety checks will be carried out prior to entering on track.

Sign on Sunday: You will be required to sign on & present your MA License + Club Membership card in the Admin/Briefing room from 7.30am.  This applies to all competitors whether you participated on Saturday or not.

Carports will be pre-allocated for Sunday’s racing and advise via email by Thursday this week. If you wish to pit next to someone in particular and haven’t advised us, then please do so asap.

Compulsory Riders Briefing at approx. 8.15am Sunday in the meeting hall (sign on area). You must sign on at the Briefing to confirm your attendance.

On Board Cameras: Competitors must register at the Race Admin Office then present the machine with camera mounted to the Chief Scrutineer for approval.  Camera’s mounted on helmets or an integral part of the helmet are not allowed.

Change of Machine, Rider/Passenger must be notified to the Race Secretary in writing for approval by the Clerk of Course.

Timing Transponders: AMB timing transponders and Brackets will be available from the Race Admin office Sunday morning. A $10 CASH deposit will be required for a bracket.  These must be returned end of day Sunday, before leaving the track, when your deposit will be refunded.

Two Qualifying sessions will be held in the form of two x five-minute sessions on the Sunday to determine a race start. Grid Positions for race one of each class will be determined by qualifying.  Remaining legs will be as per finishing order of the previous race.  

Grid Positions will be posted in the race admin office, please ensure you know your position before heading on track for your race.

There is no ATM at the Motorplex, please bring cash.

Tap Water at the Motorplex is not drinkable.  Bottled water will be on sale.

There is a 10PM Noise curfew at Collie Motorplex.
